By using Divio’s services as a customer you are agreeing to be bound by our Terms of Service. As of May 25th 2018, our Terms of Service include our Data Processing Agreement, a provision required by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Agreeing to our Terms of Service therefore means, you don’t have to sign an additional Data Processing Agreement.
