With our internship program you’ll experience multiple aspects of work in a client-facing role, and learn the key characteristics of working at Divio. Interns will be involved in four main areas of work:
Account Management: Supervised by the Account Manager the intern will work on a variety of tasks in client facing operations, assisting with sales, research, analysis, and lead management.
Daily Operations: Involvement in internal tasks like Marketing, Business Development, Business Management, Planning and Budgeting will allow the intern to gain an insight on the various aspects of the work in the US NYC branch of an international software company.
Training and meetings: Daily and weekly meetings, coupled with learning sessions on the job, will enable you to enhance essential sales, account management and other skills and to grow with our team.
Customer Relationship Management: Based on their experience and interests, the intern will be able to work independently on leads allowing them to show their ability of establishing and cultivating customer relationships and to prove their entrepreneurial skills and drive.
Entrepreneurial experience: working in a fast-paced software environment provides a unique opportunity to gain insight into a dynamic business and to demonstrate the ability to take on responsibility and ownership. Motivated candidates are given the chance to directly contribute to the company’s success and add tangible value to Divio as well as to their own entrepreneurial experience.
